Order Processing Time

● It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

● Typically, small orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. Generally, large orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days after order confirmation/payment. Weekend orders may experience delays.

● Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

According to your delivery address, we will arrange for a logistics company to transport the goods to your designated address. The freight and transportation time will be informed to you when you pay.

You can also choose a commonly used logistics company in China, and we will transport the goods to the logistics company you specify and arrange transportation for you.

Generally speaking, it will take 20-25 days to reach the destination after the ship is dispatched. (The actual time depends on the distance of the destination)

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Tracking

● You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. 

● Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

● If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Exceeded delivery time

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email jumpstarterethan@gmail.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

● Please confirm the order before making the payment. After payment, the factory will arrange production/order shipment, and the order cannot be cancelled.

● Since the product is a custom-made product, the order cannot be cancelled after payment..
